According to the Agenda, for the March 9th City Council Meeting, Sea Isle Council will be voting on a resolution authorizing the city to advertise and solicit bids for "Iced Coffee beach concessions".
No details were given in the Resolution, but if approved the City will solicit bids from companies to provide Iced Coffee Beach Concessions.
North Wildwood approved bids for Coffee & Iced Coffee Beach Concessions ahead of the 2020 Season, but there is no mention if a bid was accepted. According to a post by North Wildwood Tourism and Rec Department, Iced Coffee Vendors were working the beaches in the Summer of 2019 with 2 push carts and a tent set up.
Iced Coffee anyone?? ☕️ Goes great with some ice cream □ from the The Fudgy Wudgy Man and a hot dog □ from one of the fine vendors along the street! #northwildwood #enjoynw

There is no details on how the concessions could work, but one could imagine carts similar to the Ice Cream carts rolling down the beach and selling iced coffee.
There was no time frame mentioned in the Resolution to authorize bids, so it is also unclear if a vendor could be selling Iced Coffee on the beach by this summer, with Memorial Day Weekend already less than 100 days away.
We will keep you updated with more information if the Resolution is Approved and more details as they are made available.
