Sea Isle's strong 2015 real estate market continued through the first quarter of 2016. There were 70 sales reported in the first quarter and prices remained strong. If the first quarter trend continues this should be another good year for real estate in Sea Isle. However if the Federal Reserve raises interest rates in June as expected, home prices will be under pressure in the second half of the year. Doc Magrogan's Oyster House is set to open this Memorial Day Weekend management has confirmed. The restaurant / bar is just part of the complex occupying the former site of Busch's Seafood, at 86th Street and Landis Ave. The location will also include The Dunes Inn for overnight accomidations, as well as The Breakwaters Ballroom for events and weddings, though opening dates for those have yet to be announced. Though Doc Magrogan's originally planned to open in February for the Polar Bear Plunge, construction has moved slow and has them working to complete the restaurant just prior to Memorial Day Weekend.
