We just hope that the increased size doesn't change the atmosphere at Henri's. It will still be much smaller than the OD's Sand Bar and the outdoor bars at the Springfield and Kix/McNutley's. So the increase in size doesn't necessarily mean a change in the mix that makes it unique.
Henri's Bar is planning to expand. After two successful summers Sea Isle's newest outdoor bar should double in size by the summer of 2105. As Henri's popularity increased this summer, it was sometimes a little too crowded on weekend nights, so the expansion should be a welcome change for customers of what we think is Sea Isle's best outdoor bar. The old house directly to the right of Henri's will be demolished to make more room for seating. Usually we feel a little bad about old houses being torn down is Sea Isle, but not in this case. The old building is tucked between Henri's and then condos next door and is barely even noticeable when you walk by.
