The house was purchased by the owners of the Pour House and Ocean Drive in 2019 for $1.3 million.
The house was demolished on May 26th, and the zoning board application states they plan to fence in the area to use for outdoor dining.

The zoning application states they are seeking preliminary and final site plan approvals at the meeting.
