Right now the plans call for the site to be cleared (* the existing building has already been demolished) a fence added around the site, as well as a temporary tent structure for covered seating, temporary restrooms and new signage.
The plan calls for the lot to be completely cleared and graded, and the erection of a temporary 30ft x 40ft tent structure on the front of the site for covered outdoor dining, as well as uncovered seating in the back of the lot. According to Sea Isle News, the owners have room for over 150 outdoor seats, abiding by social distancing rules.
There will also be temporary outdoor bathrooms setup in the back right corner of the site to accommodate the outside area.
Also, the site plan calls for new Pour House Signage to be added, along the Corner of 39th Street and Landis, as well as at the bottom of the current Pour House ADA Ramp, rendering of the new sign are below:
Outdoor Dining is set to resume in NJ Monday June 15th.
The plan will go before the Sea Isle City Planning Board on June 8th, and public comment will be allowed. The meeting will take place at 7pm and the public can call in at 1-866-899-4679 and using Access Code: 963-359-421.
